…but probably shouldn’t, because people don’t realize I’m quoting something and think I’m saying whatever I’m saying seriously.
“I die. Dying.”
“By all means move at a glacial pace.”
-The Devil Wears Prada. I say this to fellow DC drivers often while in the car.
-MAD TV, Bon Qui Qui at King Burger
“What is happening?”
Ok, I know this doesn’t sound like anything special, but it’s the way in which Kristen Wiig says it that I love. It is right after Lillian tells her she is engaged. The freaked out tone in her voice is what I love. I can’t really explain it, watch the movie and maybe this will make more sense. The whole movie is a gold mine of quotes.
“I mean, it’s a Bernaise…”
And basically this whole conversation from Bridesmaids.
“Really? Really? Really?”
-Seth Meyers and Amy Poehler, SNL
Another one that sounds like normal banter, but it’s all about the inflection of the voice.
“Where’s my MAC AND CHEESE.”
-Liz Lemon, 30 Rock. I say this whenever I am hungry, which is often.
