Design Roundup: Target Threshold

I’m conflicted in posting this, because I love Target as much as the next girl, but I’ve come to realize lately that while their product (Target brand) is super, super cute, it’s crap.  I’ve experienced their clothes having a lifespan of about 2 years- and I don’t even put most of my clothes in the dryer.  As for home decor, I don’t have much of it so I can’t speak to the quality.  I can’t image their furniture lasting more than 3-4 years.  I could write a whole post on this because it’s something that’s been on my mind lately; buying quality over quantity, supporting local boutiques as opposed to the big chains.  But that’s another post for another day.

That being said, if you are on a budget, why not buy some pieces from their super (can I say cute again) cute home line, Threshold until you have more money to buy some decor of more substance.

(Oh, and sorry for the lack of a ‘Best Of’ post last week, I was down and out with a migraine from Thursday till yesterday).
